本设备主要应用于汽车轮毂ABS磁性密封圈行业，集自动化上料、充磁、检测分选、装盘下料功能为一体，采用国际最先进的单极可编程充磁技术、工业机器人及视觉定位检测技术的全自动化智能型设备。
主要特点
1、满足多种大小规格和磁极对数的的磁性圈充磁和检测，尺寸范围：D35~D90mm；
2、采用工业机器人进行各工位的自动流转及合格品判定
3、主要功能：自动取料、充磁、检测、合格判断、下料、装盒于一体；
4、可编程充磁技术，充磁精度高（极误差:≤1%；累计误差:≤3%）；
5、皮带线自动装盘下料，机器人+视觉自动定位抓取及装盘；
6、自动化程度最高，提升企业形象，客户体验度高；
7、后期可以对接流水线；
