设备简介：
异形磁体自动充磁机是一款针对梯形小磁片，具有异常料识别、预充磁功能的专机。极大的降低人工费用和提升产品的品质，实现整个过程的高效率和自动化生产。
运行原理：产品通过振动盘上料，由激光位移传感器识别异常料，通过预充磁装置，磁化产品。
产品检测异常料原理：产品经过两侧限位的流道内，前端装有一组对射光纤，检测产品起始面，信号输出到PLC系统，PLC同时读取激光位移传感器当前数据（输出信号为位移传感器设定范围而定），系统判定异常尺寸后停止振动盘。
